Workplace Consultancy Services:

As noted above our key ‘partners’ regularly undertake detailed analysis of work trends and changing business needs, this research is available to W2W Clients. In addition we can provide a tailored workplace consultancy service to analyse our clients differing business needs, suggest workplace settings and provide tailored solutions.

 


Temporary Furniture Hire:

W2W offer a range of temporary furniture hire to support our Clients’ relocation strategies.


Off-Site Storage:

W2W facilities include 6,000 square feet of modern warehousing, fully racked with an attendant forklift service. This enables our clients to outsource storage space more cost effectively particularly when compared to the ever increasing costs of City Centre office space.


"Churn Management”:

As a workplace specialist with the ability to provide a ‘turn-key’ fit-out solution W2W can provide a comprehensive “Churn Management” service to support the Facility Management Team. This would entail a complete ‘delivery service’ for ‘move management’ projects, large or small, within a company.

This service might include taking a brief; space-planning; identifying product requirements; developing the programme; liasing between department heads; getting client sign-off; ordering materials; agreeing schedules for implementation; managing and delivering the move to include installation/relocation of furniture systems; relocation of power and data; reinstatement of ceilings; relocation of personnel equipment and filing etc.
