Orangebox launch the SPINA task chair
Spina moves with you.
Take a seat in Spina task chair and one of the first things you’ll notice is Spina's `touchdown comfort`.
|
The key features of Spina task chair is that the seat automatically slides and sinks backwards as you sit down with the Passive seat slide mechanism, bringing the lumbar support nearer to your back. Simultaneously, the Active Lumbar Support automatically moves forward, triggering a feeling of comfort in the lower back, hips and pelvis.
There are two options the elastomer backrest and upholstered backrest.

Essentially, the benefits of the new Spina task chair are that it makes seat depth and lumbar adjustments unnecessary. Spina solves the problem of how to make someone comfortable, the moment they sit down.
Spina uses a small amount of foam and no adhesives for the seat fabric. It is 96 per cent recycle.
The Spina chair, together with the Honda jet and Nintendo Wii, was awarded the Gold Prize at Japan’s prestigious Good Design Award in 2007.
